  The Royal Palace and
  The Gardens of Sabatini

  The Royal Palace was built in 1738, for its interior decoration rich materials and important artworks from the top artists of the moment were used, preserving a highly valuable historical and artistic heritage.

  The Gardens of Sabatini are located right in front of the Royal Palace. Becasuse of its location and its simetric structure tipical from french gardens, it is one of the most beatiful green spaces in Madrid.

  Plaza de España

  Merely 700 metres away, we can find the Plaza de España and Gran Via, which is the commercial, touristic and entertainment hub of Madrid. There is a wide range of entertainment available: cinemas, theatres, shops, hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and discos.

  Madrid-Rio

  300 metres away is the wonderful park which runs alongside the Manzanares River which has many places to practise sport and playgrounds.
  In this green corridor come together forests, historic gardens and urban parks.

  Templo de Debod

  A pleasant 10 minute walk takes us to the marvellous gift from Egypt to Spain, in recognition for helping protect the Nubia temples. With an excess of 2000-year history, it decorates the Oeste Park.

  Príncipe Pio

  Barely 200 metres away is the transport hub Principe Pio, with all kinds of transport available there.
  So is the Principe Pio Mall with 24 h parking, gym, movie theaters and every kind of shops and restaurants.

  Campo del Moro

  Also 300 metres away is this garden, which was declared of Artistic Historical Interest. It connects the Royal Palace to the bank of the Manzanares River.
  This landscape whole suggests the romantic taste of that times.

  Casa de Campo

  Less than a kilometre from here is the Casa de Campo, the biggest park in all Madrid. It is fives times the size of Central Park in New York. The most beautiful section of the Green Cycle Lane runs through its interior.

Besides all the aforementioned features, around our location, there are many hotspots of Madrid's character.

Next to the Palace is the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Theatre, which apart from being the auditorium for the Opera, it is, in itself, one of the most emblematic monuments in the city.

We have already mentioned the proximity of the Oeste Park, which apart from housing the Debod Temple, is the most important green area in the city. At weekends, it is exclusively pedestrian, allowing us to enjoy its 100 hectares of natural environment.

Opposite our doorstep is an entrance onto the M-30, which makes it easy to get around Madrid without traffic lights and access directly the main roads and motorways.

From the front door of your future home to the airport, there are 20 kilometres, which can be covered in 17 minutes (according to GoogleMaps).
